Meet Naushad
John L. Scott Redmond broker Naushad Ali’s real estate career began in 2003. Before real estate, he held several senior-level retail management positions for major retailers and was founder/CEO of BondRewards, a national coalition marketing program. Naushad has appeared with his patented clog preventing invention, Drain Strain, on the hit show Shark Tank on ABC and made a deal with two Sharks!
Naushad is one member of the Northwest Dream Team, a team comprised of Naushad, James McPherson, Shari Bonnell and Leroy Nopen. He predominantly deals with residential and investment properties in the greater Eastside and Seattle areas.
Naushad loves the joy and appreciation clients show when he is able to find them the home of their dreams, and also enjoys meeting new people who often become great friends after a transaction takes place. Additionally, Naushad’s clients appreciate his consultative approach, analytical expertise and streamlined communication. He aims to be a great listener and educated guide, helping clients based on their best interests. Naushad has consistently been recognized as a Top 1% performer within John L. Scott and recognized by Seattle Magazine as a "Five Star in Client Satisfaction” award recipient for six consecutive years.
The creation of the Northwest Dream Team was inspired by Naushad’s passion for basketball. He plays 3-5 times per week and loves watching the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors’ approach to team play along with their selflessness energizes Naushad. Another major source of inspiration for Naushad is his family – it’s important for him to show his kids the dedication and work ethic it takes to be successful in business and life.

Redmond, Washington, is probably best known as the home of Microsoft. But if that’s all you know about our gem of a city, you’re missing a lot. Marymoor Park, which hosts concerts in the summer, also features a climbing rock, sports fields, a cricket pitch, a huge off-leash dog park, tennis courts, a community garden and an outdoor theater. Redmond is also home to more than 17 miles of hiking and biking trails. Known as the bicycle capitol of the Northwest, Redmond is home to the state’s only velodrome and each July, the city hosts a bike race around Lake Sammamish. This race is part of Redmond Derby Days, which also includes a parade, live entertainment, a carnival with rides, and fireworks at dusk. The top-notch schools in Redmond draw a lot of families to our community. And our library is world-class, the second largest in the King County Library System. Redmond itself is home to restaurants, breweries and shopping to rival any major city, but if you are craving the bustle, both Seattle and Bellevue are a few minutes away.
